Wilderness Explorer Co. is a very small business, so every order is packed by hand with lots of care. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days .

During new collection launches, sales or particularly busy periods, things may take us a little longer - but we’ll always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Due to recent changes to EU requirements, we are unable to ship to the EU. We are currently able to ship to anywhere in the UK and the US.

Don’t panic! Postal delays do occasionally happen. If your order is taking significantly longer than expected, please get in touch with your order details and we’ll be happy to help.

We really hope you love your WEC goodies, but if you change your mind, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Unless your order has arrived damaged or there’s been a mistake on our end, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has made its way back to us safely, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

If something has arrived damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, please get in touch with us as soon as you can (a photo is always helpful!) and we’ll make it right.

Yes! Our stickers are made using water-resistant materials and are laminated for extra protection, making them perfect for water bottles, travel cups, laptops and plenty of other adventures.

For the longest possible life, we recommend hand washing items with stickers attached rather than putting them through the dishwasher. Whilst we are confident in our stickers lasting with exposure to water, prolonged submersion isn't advised.

Our stickers are designed to be durable and water resistant, but long-term exposure to weather, strong sunlight may eventually cause wear or fading.

At the moment, we don’t offer custom or personalised designs. We’re a tiny business and would rather put our time into making the WEC collections as lovely as possible.

For the best stick, give your surface a quick clean before applying your sticker — smooth, clean and completely dry is the dream!

Peel away the backing, place your sticker carefully and press down firmly across the whole design, paying a little extra attention to the edges. Try to avoid touching the sticky side with your fingers as you apply it, as oils from your hands can affect the adhesive.

Once it’s on, we recommend leaving it 24–48 hours before getting it wet to give the adhesive plenty of time to fully bond.

Our stickers are happiest on smooth, hard surfaces like water bottles, laptops, notebooks and travel cups. Very textured, rubberised, silicone or heavily curved surfaces can be trickier for any sticker adhesive, so results may vary.
